Meat browned, layer of mushrooms, onions and garlic under the meat ~ topped the meat with the rest of the veggies, poured a 1/2 beer over & lidded into the oven to git tender.

After bakin' fer about an hour, made a gravy wit dat pan goodness & baked for a few minutes longer just to make sure it was good & happy. Sided up wit some real mashed horseradish potatoes...
