Layered, beginning with layer or caramelized onions, 1/2 the cheese, the bbq chicken drizzled with some bbq sauce, and the rest of the cheese
This is the chicken breasts, grill/smoked yesterday using Tabasco oak barrell chips
The caramelized onions w/red pepper flakes
