Kaw-Cajun Hilltopper Hash

 Shredded SPAM & thinly sliced fresh jalapeno
 Mixed with shredded taters & pan fried golden brown - spam hash
 Topped with creamed eggs in a roasted green tomato/asiago mornay sauce
Who hates SPAM now, huhhh???
