Roasted Green Tomato/Asiago Gravy

 For to go over a chicken-fried chicken cutlet and sour cream & asiago infused mashed potatoes
If mama wasn't lookin' ... I'd just call this *roasted green tomato chowder* and eat the whole shootin' bowl wit a spoon!!
