Deli sliced corned beef and pastrami, Bavarian kraut, Ementhaller cheese on a fresh baked pumpernickel rye raft

Side of Russian dressing and a kosher dill

Not yer father's reuben, no

didja know that you can make *reuben* sausage? cured but uncooked corned beef (ground), chopped kraut, hi-temp swiss cheese nuggets ... stuff into casings & grill - serve on a rye bun with mustard. killer
