Blackened Shrimp Etouffee

Quickly blackened with my house blend blacken seasoning ~ ready for smotherin' wit a good etouffee sauce

Screamin' hot pan, about a minute on each side

Sauced with a good spicy, garlicky etouffee sauce ... gonna serve on top some rice wit a bbq pork chop on the side ... coonass surf & turf
