Chunky Cowboy Chuckwagon Chili

 Roasted/peeled anaheim & jalapeno chiles, roasted onions, and fresh garlic
 The 100 yr old Griswold
 Brownin' the diced top sirloin
 Added the veggies
 Tomatoes, beans, beer & spices added
 A proper bowl of red
 Top sirloin steaks
 Trimmed down to smaller steaks
Some steaks, some diced for chili and some sliced for stir fry and fajitas
