Some Stuff From Last Week

 Green tomato, ham, cheese curds & onions - for macaroni salad
 Also added boiled eggs to the mac salad
 Fried grits
 Sharpening my knives
 Hand breaded, pan fried chicken tenders
Cuke and onions in vinagrette

I've never heard of fried grits, but they do look interesting. What is on them? Do you make them as normal in a pot and then just make them into little cakes kind of like making potato cakes from mashed potatoes?

You've always got some of the yummiest looking food on your blog. :)
