 Open faced sandwich w/real mashed potatoes
 Pan fried potato cakes
Topped with Salisbury Steak & mushroom gravy

i never post *recipes* because i don't cook by recipes, i just fly by the seat of my pants & never write anything down. i use a lot of cajun seasonings and spices, so that's probably the seasoning i used in this meat.
