I learned to make this salad from an ol' Greek guy that I used to work for ~ Zinny Leonidas. He called it *Greek Salad* ... I'll make this salad many times over the course of the summer.
I have been reading your blog for a couple months now and find it really interesting. It usually makes me hungry! What is the dressing that you put on this salad? It looks delicious.
