Sunday Breakfast On Da Bayou

Breakfast scramble w/3 farm fresh eggs, diced ham, fresh asparagus, red onion and black olives ... topped wit a lil' dat good shredded Tillamook cheddar & sided up wit sliced homegrown tomatoes & fried taters.

lol ~ bigdude whenever i wanna bring you out of yer hidey hole, all i gotta do is throw some eggs out there. kinda like throwin' a chicken liver in the catfish hole...

For those who love to cook, this time of year is such a wonderful time, what with the fresh produce, etc., that is available. It sure does make the rest of the year difficult to endure, doesn't it?
