There's so many good things in this chili, I don't even know where to start with the gestalt ... but suffice to say, the addition of smoked pulled pork din't hurt it none, no.

Weather turned cold & dreary ~ time to open the soup kitchen ... I set some chicken to berlin' & this is what resulted: nice chunky chicken soup wit 2 kinds of hominy, lotsa fresh veggies, fire roasted t'maters, penne pasta, herbage ... kicked up wit some dat good Cajun Power.
Warm bacon dressing for the tater salad ~ made with bacon, vinegar, sugar, dollop homemade creole mustard, fresh garlic & onions, etc
Sliced warm cooked taters with the warm dressing poured over ~ then tossed with some sliced hard boiled eggs
