Poutine = the unofficial national dish of Canada ~ lots of versions/different toppings, but it's always started with a plate of fries, cheese curds, toppings of choice, and ends with brown gravy.
There's so many good things in this chili, I don't even know where to start with the gestalt ... but suffice to say, the addition of smoked pulled pork din't hurt it none, no.
Layered breakfast strada, bottom layer caramelized onions & japs - top layer ham & cheese ... stacked like a short stack with shredded Tillamook cheddar in the middle
Topped with a lil' more ham & cheese, a few japs and a dollop homemade salsa - sided with roasted new 'taters Lyonnaise and a homemade peach cinnamon roll
