Buzzard's Pizza
Ever since I learned to make a decent pizza dough, I been making homemade pizzas at home & have not bought a pizza in several years ... until now. A friend of mine told me about this little locally owned pizzeria called Buzzard's Pizzeria a few months ago ... but it's located about 10 miles from my house, so I had not tried them ... until now. I was out that way on business, and decided to stop in and see what all the fuss was about Buzzard's pizza. Now I know. Scratch dough, great sauce, all fresh ingredients, quality meats and lotsa real cheese ... it puts the chain pizzas to shame.

Requiescat In Pace ~ Sue Ann Eddy
Alison Krauss ~ Heaven's Bright Shore
Out on the hills of glory land
So happy and free at God’s right hand
They tell of a place of marvelous grace
On Heaven’s bright shore
Pilgrims on earth someday will go
To live in that home forever more
Trusting in Him who died for sin
And rose from the grave
On Heaven’s bright shore
There’s gonna be no more dyin’
So happy and free at God’s right hand
They tell of a place of marvelous grace
On Heaven’s bright shore
Pilgrims on earth someday will go
To live in that home forever more
Trusting in Him who died for sin
And rose from the grave
On Heaven’s bright shore
There’s gonna be no more dyin’
Not one little grave
In all that fair land
Not even a tear will dim the eye
And no one up there will say goodbye
Just singing His praise through endless days
On Heaven’s bright shore
When I must cross that rolling tide
There’ll be someone on the other side
Welcoming me to that fair land, made perfect by love
When I walk up the milky white way
I’ll see that homecoming in array
How great it must be for Angels to see
A pilgrim reach home
On Heaven’s bright shore
There’s gonna be no more dyin’
Not one little grave
In all that fair land
Not even a tear will dim the eye
And no one up there will say goodbye
Just singing His praise through endless days
On Heaven’s bright shore
Just singing His praise through endless days
On Heaven’s bright shore
In all that fair land
Not even a tear will dim the eye
And no one up there will say goodbye
Just singing His praise through endless days
On Heaven’s bright shore
When I must cross that rolling tide
There’ll be someone on the other side
Welcoming me to that fair land, made perfect by love
When I walk up the milky white way
I’ll see that homecoming in array
How great it must be for Angels to see

Chicken Lips & Frugal Stew
After trimmin' the breast meat off the bones ... (I left some meat on the bones), I threw them into a pot and commenced to making some soup: chicken, rice, pearl onions, carrot, okra, peas, celery, turnip greens, taters ... and I don't know what all ~ kicked up wit dat good Cajun Power garlic sauce & a splash of Lightning Strike.
