Whooooboy, hot out the oven ~ mac & cheese, kicked up w/fresh grated cheddar and pepper jack cheeses, cottage cheese, sour cream, couple eggs, milk, splash of Wooster, finely grated onion, a few tomatoes ... salt & cracked black ... topped wit a lil' ancho powder & a few butter pats ~ baked al forno. Mac & cheese for breakfast ~ is this a great country, or what?
