Meat & Taters

Real mashed 'taters wit sour cream, roasted garlic & shredded cheddar folded in ~ topped wit a knob of buttah

Thick boneless pork loin chops, grilled then topped with bbq kraut & baked tender

sweet bavarian kraut - squeezed/drained well ... and a sweet bbq sauce (i used smoky mountain smokers bbq sauce) - it was delish. a good thick/sweet mustard based bbq sauce would also have worked well in the kraut, but i already had sms sauce on the chops, so had to use the same in the kraut. i baked the chops/kraut on top of some sliced onions ... and the resulting onions were delish also

Chit Chez by the time I got down here to the bottom of the page I'm confused and I don't know which of the fabulous dishes I like the best...I like em all best. What a cook!
