Chile Relleno For Breakfast

Just prepped a couple of chile rellenos for breakfast tomorrow (stuffed with Tillamook sharp cheddar and cumin fried taters) ~ will dip in batter & fry in the morning, to side up a chili con carne omelette. Love my bacon & eggs on Sunday ... but sometimes I just gotta kick it up a couple notches...
