Something from nothing ~ gotta love it. This turned out great, and it just came together on the fly with a bunch of leftovers I scrounged up out the fridge: bottom layer is a couple cups of broken corn chips, then a layer of meat/bean taco/burrito filling, then a layer of homemade chili con carne, then a couple cups of cheese ~ bake for about 20 minutes ... badda boom ... top with some japs, black olives, sour cream ~ great gameday munchins.~~~**~~~**~~~
