Must the waiver be submitted in triplicate with a notarized statement before someone is able to try the chili? Also, do I need to submit my brith certificate to help the coroner complete the necessary documents to help with the disposition of the body? Or, is the chili so hot there there will be self immolation. Hey, you can save my heirs the trouble of deciding what to do afterwards. You are sheer genius!
