Red Scorpion Wangs

 Red scorpion chiles - hottest chiles known to man, over 2.1 MILLION scoviles ... and some mash made with them ... sent to me by one my chef friends.  What a pal, eh?  LOL
 Red Scorpion Wangs - tossed in a sauce made with the aforementioned mash.
Twice baked cajun tater wedges.

I could most certainly eat the wedges, but the Red Scorpion Wangs, would probably kill me right there on the spot!
