Made another batch of salsa today ~ with homegrown tomatoes, fresh sweet corn, black beans, fresh garlic, bermuda onions, jalapenos & serranos, salt/pepper, cumin, oregano & lime juice. Very good stuff, spicy & slightly sweet from the natural sugars in the corn and tomatoes.
