Burritos Gone Wild

OK ... so I ground up a whole beef brisket the other day ... made burgers ... made chili ... made bolognese ... made burrito filling ... and here's a couple them burritos smothered in queso & homemade chili. It didn't suck.

Topped with some dat good shredded Tillamook sharp cheddar, homemade pickled jalapenos ... and chased wit a frosty mug of beer. Did I mention it didn't suck?

The brisket is what makes the great filling in mexican restaurant fillings. This would even be good for breakfast!
