Kaw-Cajun Bayou Burgers
Total of 3.5# of meat (fresh ground chick and homemade andouille) hand pattied & ready to go to the grill tomorrow morning
After mixing the beef and andouille sausage together, I seasoned the mixture with Cajun Power worchestershire sauce and garlic sauce ... and added diced onion and Soileau's Cajun Seasoning
This is the 2 meats before adding anything else - 2.5# of fresh ground chuck and 1# of my homemade fresh andouille sausage

Burgers' Smokehouse
In addition to great thick sliced slab bacon, Burgers has a whole line of great products ~ this is some excellent sliced country ham that I love for making ham biscuits
One of my favorite Burgers' products is their 1# vac packs of bacon ends and pieces (scraps from when they slice their smoked slabs & slice for their premium bacon. These packages of bacon pieces are always very lean, and are priced about 1/4 the price of their premium sliced bacon. I use it for cooking.
Closeup of the bacon ends & pieces ~ you can see how lean & meaty it is.
