well doggonnit podnah ... i'm havin' a little trouble feelin' sorry for ya, on account i KNOW that you got about 15# of good smoked/pulled beef stashed away somewheres!! lol
Ya, i do have some of that beef. Only about 2 pounds though, the rest was et up and the guests wanted to take all the left overs. i did manage to grab a couple of pounds though. Smoked beef, fire roated chilis, and black bean nacho's for dinner tonight.
But man, those burnt ends are well, WOW!
yeah, burnt ends are the *holy grail* of bbq, imnsho ~ i'm actually cooking tex-mex for tonight ... carne adovado in the oven and a pot of bigwheel's beans on the stovetop as we speak. meat - beans - beer ... what else does a man need?
