Made some Italian Beef Combo sandwiches for some friends today ... wasn't able to take this pic until I got home ~ after this sandwich had been wrapped in foil for an hour. There is a grilled Italian sausage under all the thin sliced beef and giardeneria ... whole sandwich slightly wet, from the natural au jus and the olive oil on the giardeneria ~ wow ... killer sandwich ... now I undestand what all the fuss is about Italian Beefs. Magnifico!!
