Thighs and split breasts ... brined and marinated/seasoned/sauced 2 ways. Guns Hot on the thighs, sauced with ol' CowboyUp Eric's traditional red bbq sauce ... DP Swamp Venom on the split breasts, sauced with PoBoy's Mustard BBQ Sauce.
Quality control *sample* plate ... sided up with some baked beans w/Steen's dark molasses. Took 2 beers to wash dat sample plate down ... now ... it's nap time.
