Wise ol' cook once say: "When all signs point to Creoletown ... that best be yer destination, son."
OK OK ... so I was just sittin' there in my easy chair, vegetatin' ~ and I had a thought (I know, but it could happen) ... self, I said to myself, I think you got all the stuff on hand to make a good batch of homemade Creole sauce. So I got up and made it. End of story.
