Hash Brown Casserole & Brownies

Homemade hash brown casserole, topped with a buttery crushed ritz/asiago/pepperoni topping

Before the crumb topping was added

Scratch brownies - to make hot fudge brownies ala mode fer dessert

Hi from " Down under" Johnny! I often call in and see what you've been making. So YUMMEEEEE, Could you share your hashbrown casserole with me? please? I do lave my taties,and am a big fan of pork spareribs, too!

don't have a recipe, sorry ... just shredded a couple of potatoes & quickly blanched them ... drain ... make a bechamel & fold into the blanched hash browns ... season ... into buttered casserole dish & bake covered 375* for about 25-30 minutes, then remove lid and top with crushed ritz crackers tossed wit a lil' melted butter, some diced pepperoni and a lil asiago cheese ... bake uncovered for another 10-12 minutes.
