CowboyUp Eric's BBQ Ribs

St. Louis trimmed spareribs, rubbed with Smokin' Guns Hot & smoked in a Stump's smoker with peach wood.

CowboyUp Eric's homemade bbq sauce ~ excellent traditional KC style bbq sauce, good as any I've had.
