To be honest, the idea of egg salad bruschetta struck me as kind of weird but then I realized how genius it is. I mean I like to eat toasted egg salad sandwiches, so this is just giving more options. Great idea!
the thing that puts the egg salad bruchetta over the top, is the bacon in the bread ... it's that bacon & eggs thang
