OK ... so I blackened a cobia filet for supper last night, and today I grilled the other cobia filet to make some feesh tacos for supper tonight ... decided I needed a snack, so I flaked off a lil' dat grilled cobia & made these lil' buggers ~ topped wit homemade corn/black bean salsa, etc. Chased'em down wit a cold beer ~ thinkin' mebbe I'll make it to suppertime now....
