Italian Meatball Poboy

Italian roll schmeared with homemade garlic/herb compound butter, then sprinkled with parmesan cheese & toasted.

Homemade meatballs (sliced thick) and slow simmered bolognese sauce topped with melted fresh mozzarella cheese.

Sprinkled with red pepper flakes & topped with homemade pickled/mixed peppers ~ lid on, and eaten standing over the kitchen sink.

I see why you'd have to eat it over the sink - looks like a challenge just to get your mouth around it.
