Poutine ~ My Way

Hand cut homemade steak fries, topped with chunks of roasted pork loin, cheese curds, and smothered with caramelized onion pan gravy.

Poutine = the unofficial national dish of Canada ~ lots of versions/different toppings, but it's always started with a plate of fries, cheese curds, toppings of choice, and ends with brown gravy.

The ooey gooey good factor is off the chart on this one, yeh.

Never heard of it but it looks real good. Making gumbo and red beans here today for a get together tomorrow.
