Thick & chunky ... savory, garlicky ... and (gasp) dare I say: healthy? Gotta be healthy, there's green stuff in it.

What are the green leafy vegetables that you are using? Also, what is the base of your broth? Is it a chicken stock and tomato base?
collard greens. homemade beef stock with some stewed tomatoes in it.
