Smoked Pork Loin Rouladen

Rolled up with Ementhaller cheese & dill pickle ~ smothered in
caramelized onion/whole grain mustard/red currant sauce

Sided with potato cakes & homemade swt/sour red cabbage

Who sez ol' Kansas plowboys cain't cook German food, eh?
