ok.. pig lips :) is that some kind of boneless pork chunks lightly dusted with flour and fried? Beautiful as usual!
yeh, it's actually strips of boneless pork loin. i once worked at a restaurant that had chicken lips and piggy lips on their menu ... chicken lips were chicken tenders and pig lips were strips of pork loin. old habits die hard...
