alright, scanning down your page now and gonna stop her on this country ham thang. they just ain't nothing like good ol country ham and that reminds me about something I was gonna ask you a while back and hadn't got a round tu it. You being a country boy and all I was just wondering if you ever liked pouring a lil sorgum syrum on yer plate and mixing some butter or peanut butter or heck you might just go wild and mix a little both in that syrup and then stir it up good and whop it on yer biscuit? ever done that?
howdy chet ~ been a while since i ate any sorgum syrup, prolly 20 years. i ate it as a kid, and cooked with it when i was working in mississippi & points south ... but nowdays i prefer steens cane syrup & molasses ... and real maple syrup.
It's been way too many years since you tried sorghum...I've got some of the best I've tasted ever, so send me yer mailing address and I'll send you a dab.
