Well ... pork loin chops, actually ~ I couldn't git'er crunked all the way down to neckbones ... but still and all it ate real good & nobody died. Sided up with smashed horseradish 'taters & hot skillet cornbread. Country boys can survive, yeh.~~~**~~~**~~~

It still boiled cabbage weather here in Arkansas, cold and dreary. Will this winter ever end??? The pork chops have improved my mood though...
yeh, been a long winter ~ spring is just around the corner, though. couple months and we'll all be whining about how hot it is, and the mosquitos, etc. lol
