Mais, this was sure good ~ I smoked some striper steaks yesterday, for to make some fish tacos last night ... hadda some leftover smoked striper this morning, so I hauled off and made this hash ~ topped with a couple OM eggs. It kinda seems like *Mel's Diner* around here this morning....
