It's Taco Time!!

Brunoise of spicy pan fried cayenne potatoes, to go in fresh ground taco meat

Fresh ground sirloin, browned & seasoned Tex-Mex ~ mixed with cayenne potatoes, for to use as soft taco & burrito filling

Yum!! What a good idea. I have never thought to mix the taters and meat before. :)

noel, it's not uncommon to find potatoes mixed in with authentic tex-mex taco filling ... i've even seen peas in the mix also. i first saw this done at a lil' family owned mexican taco joint years ago, and i've been doing it every since.
