wassup busta? yeh, our beautiful indian summer is coming to an end ~ summer's last dying gasp. i love the changing of the seasons ~ "flying mother nature's silver seed, to a new home in the sun...."
Looks like a dandy recipe. The onion soup surprised me til I remembered we put onions and beef broth in ours. I'd already decided to put pulled pork in my next batch as a first.
yo bigdude, i like to dump the whole tomatoes, french onion soup(undiluted) and the chipotles/adobo in the blender & buzz it all together ... makes a nice beefy/tomatoey/oniony/chipotley sauce to serve as the foundation for the chili.
