Blackened Boloney

Thick sliced Boar's Head all beef garlic boloney ... coated with my house blend blackening seasoning

About a minute each side in a screamin' hot black iron skillet

Life's a boloney sand, and every day I gotta take another bite

Oh my goodness. THAT has sparked some cravings. We'd always have fried bologna sandwiches with mustard, cheese and potato chips mashed between cheap soft bread....
