Loose Ends

This is a mixture of fried vegs that I like to add to my taco/burrito meat ... taters, onions and chiles ... pretty traditional to find taters in authentic mexican meat fillings. Sometimes I'll throw a handful of peas in the mix also ... din't have any this time.

These are some grillades that I cut from a beet tri-tip ... will use them to make some cajun grits & grillades

Downlow country supper ... bread & gravy (heel of a loaf of bread & leftover pork chop gravy) ... but the interesting thing is the sliced homegrown tomatoes with gravy on them. It's a country thang....
