Smoked Boneless Beef Short Ribs - 3 Ways

Smoked, then beer braised tender ... smothered in Arthur Bryant's Original BBQ Sauce

Shredded & splashed with a lil' Texas Pete ~ to be used for making quesadillas and nachos

Shredded, then chopped and mixed with Smokey Mountain Smokers BBQ Sauce ~ for making bbq beef sandwiches

Some cajun 'taters ~ oven roasted hot & nasty
