These are some homemade German sausage links (made with pork and venison & a beer reduction made with homebrewed stout) ... but the best part of this dish was the roasted Texas 1015 onions tossed with some of my homemade whole grain mustard.~~~**~~~**~~~

Met some firefighters who used a Budweiser reduction on their burgers and topped with fried onion rings. Bet those boys would love this recipe. Enjoy your cooking.
