Chicken Fried Flatiron Steak Fingers

Mais ... a fella can only go just so many days wit dem veggies in the center of his plate, and then he's gotta have a lil' MEAT ~ KWIM? This here is a nice aged choice-grade flatiron that i just cut up & seasoned wit some fresh cracked black and coarse sea salt. Fixin' to bread'em & pan fry them later tonight fer supper, yeh.
