Cowboy beans - pintos soaked overnight & cooked with bacon, onions, chiles, garlic, tomatoes & about 9 kinda other good herbs & spices ~ pork & beans, my way. Rock Chalk.

Hey, you know what I got for Christmas, yesterday? BACON! Via FedEx, no less. Texan friend of mine had it shipped from Niman Ranch; good stuff.
