Gotta love the garden fresh cabbage ~ so crisp, crunchy and flavorful. In fact, with the exception of the dressing ingredients, everything in this slaw was locally grown by the farmer who owned the veggie stand where I get my fresh produce: cabbage, red onions, green and red peppers, green beans (yes, there's very thin sliced green beans in this slaw ... julienne green apple skin also) ~ going meatless tonight - swiss cheese/sliced homegrown tomato/kaw slaw sandwiches.

That would go exceedingly well with a "slaw dog" or a pulled pork sandwich.
John, anything unusual about the dressing that you make for the slaw?
dressing: mayo, fresh lemon juice, lil' horseradish, salt, white pepper, sugar.
