What can I say ... I like pie. Apples and gooseberries grown locally ~ homemade pie crust. I've never considered myself to be much of a baker ... but I think I'm starting to figure out this pie thing.

If you would like to have someone serve as your quality control coordinator (a.k.a., pie taster), I will gladly offer my services. Of course, there is that little matter of distance between Topeka and Dallas.
