I've seen you talk about these a couple of times. Do ya think they're competition worthy? I'm always on the lookout for something new. Particularly on pork and chicken.
well, i'm not into the comp thing ... so i can't speak to that. but i can say that these spice rubs are of very high quality and very fresh. as a chef, i recommend them highly ~ whether they would do well in a comp - who knows?
