Fat Johnny's Redeye Brisket/Jalapeno Burgers

Mais, I'm gettin' ready to head to the grill wit these bad-boys ... fresh ground brisket, seasoned with dat good DP Redeye Express & some other *secret* ingredients, diced red and green jalapenos and a splash of Wooster. Ground the whole point, and part of the flat ~ ended up with 11 big-assed half pound burgers. You won't see these burgers at yer friendly neighborhood Mickey D's, and that there is a tru fact!
